The Department of Tourism, Fair Trading and Wine Industry Development is seeking comment and feedback from interested stakeholders on possible changes to the Wine Industry Act 1994 through the release of a consultation paper.

The paper seeks to:

obtain views on options outlined in the paper; and
identify any other legislative issues that may hinder industry development.

How to have your say

Feedback and comment are sought on the consultation paper. Submissions close on 13 February 2006. There are three ways you can respond.

1. Fill in and mail the 'tear out' feedback form at the back of the consultation paper to:
